Access to Click4Good.org & Click4Good App Services
Accessing our services is simple and easy for anyone familiar with shopping via desktop/laptop computer or smart phone. Signup with Click4Good is never required to use our services. Using our services requires users to shop online via our website Click4Good.org or Click4Good.org/app. Shoppers can shop in our store or with our affiliates. “Click4Good Store” is accessible to users by way of this link: Click4good.org/store. A portion of our services display content that is not Click4Good’s; some of our services include accessibility to various online stores via different affiliate programs. Other than distributing content via social media or similar purposes, you may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission. Be advised: any goodwill arising from your use of Click4Good’s Brand Features will belong to Click4Good. We may include your name and Brand Features in our presentations, marketing materials, customer lists and financial reports.

“Click4Good”, the Click4Good logo on our website, mobile applications and and “Click4Good Store” are among the trademarks and/or service marks owned by Click4Good and it’s parent company Mott Street Group Inc. Be advised, all original product imagery or art appearing on “Click4Good Store” is also among the trademarks and/or service marks owned by Click4Good and it’s parent company Mott Street Group Inc.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect your privacy and personal data when you use any of our services.
Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose Click4Good Confidential Information without our prior written consent. “Click4Good Confidential Information" includes: (a) all Click4Good software, technology and documentation relating to the Services; (b) click-through rates or other statistics relating to Property performance as pertaining to the Services; (c) the existence of, information about, or the terms of, any non-public beta or experimental features in a Service; and (d) any other information made available by Click4Good that is marked confidential or would normally be considered confidential under the circumstances in which it is presented.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and defend Click4Good, its affiliates, agents, and advertisers from and against any and all third-party claims and liabilities arising out of or related to the Properties, including any content served on the Properties that is not provided by Click4Good; your use of the Services; or your breach of any term of the Click4Good Terms. Click4Good’s advertisers are third-party beneficiaries of this indemnity.
